Delicious Wines

We pick a selection of interesting wines that range in style so there is something for everyone in the group. We make sure there are reds, whites, rosés and some fizz so all tastes are catered for, and they’re not your run of the mill wines so even the wine buffs will be impressed.

Personalised Video

We know every team or group is different so we tailor our tastings to you. You fill in a questionnaire and we then make a video especially for you guiding you through the event. We also give you a signed copy of the WineTubeMap book as a prize for the competitive types…

Wine Accessories

Your WineTubeMap Social kit comes with a handy set of wine accessories including corkscrews, chillers and anti spill pourers. It’s really easy to set up, but we make sure you’ve got everything you need with our checklists and a real person who you can call/email, we’ll even do you a room layout if you send us the details.

Senses and Science

To avoid any wine ‘bore’ situations we’ve devised a journey based on your senses, so every experience is unique. This puts everyone on a level playing field and encourages engagement. Some of the science is edible, like gourmet popcorn whilst other parts are a bit more intriguing…

How many people are the parties for?

We have two sizes of kit.

Small kits are for 8-12 people, feature 6 wines, which is half a bottle to half a litre of wine per person depending on how many of you are sharing them.

Large kits are for 16 – 24 people, feature 12 wines, which is half a bottle to half a litre of wine per person depending on how many of you are sharing them.

Price and Payment

The kits work out at £16.50 – £25 per person depending on how many of you share them.

Small kits cost £200 including wine, accessories and delivery.

Large kits cost £400 including wine, accessories and delivery.

You buy a whole kit by credit or debit card online, just follow the links on this page.

Locations and venues

The WineTubeMap Social tastings are designed for you to host whenever and wherever you choose so you do not need to book a time or a location for your party.

Just make sure you give us 7 days to personalise your kit and then it’s down to you.

On receipt of your order we will send you a questionnaire to tell us about your event
Wines will be delivered in 2-4 days
Accessory kit will be delivered in 4 – 7 days depending on how quickly we receive your questionnaire
You will receive an email from Nikki with suggestions about the set up and you can talk to her directly if you’ve got any questions.

Personalisation

If we were coming along to your party we’d talk to you directly, and change our tasting to make sure it suited you… Some people want more wine-y chat, others are all about the fun.

As we won’t be at your tasting, we make a video to virtually ‘host’ your tasting and in that we try and do the same thing to tailor it to your style.

The more info you give us about who will be at the tasting and what you’re like, the more we can make it feel designed for you.

Timings and shipping

We normally require 7 days between order and delivery, but that depends on how quickly we get the personalisation information from you.

If you need a kit urgently we can turn it around in as little as 2 days, but please email nikki to check on nikki@winetubemap.co.uk before you order.

You will receive 2 separate parcels, one containing wine, the other accessories. They can be sent to residential or office addresses and we recommend that you make sure you, or someone over 18 who you trust is available to sign for the wine (it’s amazing how it can go walkies).
