This zone is great for dinner parties and comfort food. Dishes with some sauce, whether it’s pasta, risotto or a posh cream sauce. We’re still at the lighter end, so not much red meat but roast or caramelised fish, chicken, pork, vegetables and bacon or even better, pies!
