Top Tip: The trendiest red fizz at the moment is classic Lambrusco (not Lambrini), which is experiencing a Shoreditch revival. Try it as an aperitif or with charcuterie.
Specific Food Match: Sparkling Barossa Shiraz is big, it's peppery, spicy, and full on. Which makes it the perfect Full English wine, consumed as brunch it will set off the black pudding a treat and set you up for the day.
