Whilst sherry doesn’t feature on the WineTubeMap yet, it certainly isn’t because it doesn’t have a place in our wine rack. It’s just that the line is under construction… Sherry is generally underrated, with memories of Great Aunt Maude’s cream sherry out of a thimble putting drinkers off. However, this is so very different. For a start it is really dry, with the unique salty, nutty flavours you find in Fino sherry. It may be an acquired taste but once you’ve got it you will find that it has a place with every meal.
