Savoury and layered. A stunner.

Red

Vintage: 2012
This Chilean Pinot Noir spans the gap between the raspberry jam fruit bombs which you often find in Chile and New Zealand, and something more unusual and mysterious (and a bit farmyardy). This is a pretty serious Pinot Noir, barrel aged for complexity and from a cool area which gives it depth and a refreshing acidity. A seriously good gift for Pinot Noir lovers.

Pinot Noir,
Tasting Note: A bit of a contrast, really savoury on the nose but lovely raspberry fruit on the palate. Great depth. Beware of the high alcohol! Needs some roast lamb or duck.
