A zesty, fresh, Spanish white to welcome summer

This is rueda to a t (or should that be r?). It is herbaceous and fresh with a sherbet lemon zip to create a refreshing, mouth-watering glass. The cool nights and warm days of the region mean you get plenty of fruit but then a cooling acidity to balance the wine. It’s the perfect wine to wash down a crisp salad, seafood or light fresh cheeses. You can offset the herbaceous notes with plenty of chopped parsley, chives, mint and basil. The vineyards use sustainable agriculture so the grapes have low or no pesticides, good for the land and for your body!
